How To Order

The short version: Please do the following to have your order made:

1. Browse
Look through the inventory pages for items

2. Select
Choose the items you want

3. Order
Place your orders via email.
Send it to: contact@theanimedepot.com

4. Payment
Make payment of deposit (and pay the rest upon receiving the items ordered)

5. Delivery
Meet at an arranged area to collect ordered goods or have them shipped to you if you are located outside the Klang Valley. Deliveries can be arranged for those outside of the Klang Valley (there will be a shipping fee charged for this. However, shipping is free if total purchases exceed RM300).

The long version: After selecting the products you want, it is now time for you to make an order with The Anime Depot. Problem is, you are not too sure how to on the procedure. Fear not! All you have to do is send us an email to place the order.

We will reply to you within one (1) working day to acknowledge your order and provide you with instructions as to how you can direct your payment to us. It is usually Cash-on-Delivery (COD).

Terms and Conditions of Delivery

  • A 100% deposit will be levied for low-priced items, while a 20% to 50% deposit charge will be made for high-priced goods/high volume purchases. This is to prevent a no-show. The deposit should be made to the following banks: Public Bank, Maybank, and RHB. For interbank transfer, the administrative and transfer fees will be borne by you.
  • We will only process orders after the deposit is made and make delivery arrangements when the shipment arrives.
  • We will process the orders by the 15th of each month (or as stated on the order sheet) and will send them out within the following 5 working days. The goods will take one to tw0 week (that is seven to fourteen (7-14) working days) to arrive (pending customs) and once it reaches our shores, we will contact you and arrange a place to meet up. This is for direct pick-up (only in the Klang Valley and nearby outlying areas).
  • During the meet up, you have to pay the full amount for the order. As for outstation orders, we will arrange for shipping arrangements and full payment procedures with you. We will be using Poslaju (unless requested otherwise) for all outstation/overseas shipping. Do inquire for a quotation. All shipping cost will be included in the total purchase price. However, shipping is free if total purchases exceed RM300.
